Base Product

The base product includes all the system modules (whether hardware or software) offered by the supplier as part of their world product. The customisation portion includes all developments or modifications (whether hardware or software) undertaken specifically for the system. Software configurations that do not require any modifying, recompiling, rebuilding or re-linking of the source code are not considered to form part of customisation.

Benchmark

Information that defines a task in relation to the average resources needed to complete a task successfully per location and / or type of resource available.
