GOS

Grade of Service.

GUI

Graphical User Interface. A way of presenting computer-based information that is appealing to the eye and usable to most people without specialised training. A GUI presents information in the form of pictures or icons that represent a user's work or application programs.

Guided Scripting

The use of keywords or short phrases or prompters rather than fully worded scripts to guide a call centre agent through a sales process.
