Original Equipment Manufacturer.

Operating System

Refers to a set of executable programs and data designed to act as the basis for applications to be loaded onto a computer platform. The operating system provides the interface between the application and computer hardware and other resources.

Outline Script

This type of script combines Verbatim dialogue with key questions and their possible responses. These scripts are often used in complex situations where there is a possibility that a call may branch off in several different directions.
